***Regarding the World Wide Whisky Tasting on Tuesday April 21, we just wanted to let you know that we have changed things up a little bit from the previous tastings in that the cost of the tasting will now be $50 + HST + Gratuity including whisky only and you are free to order from the menu this time. We will have some specials as well! The tasting starts at 6 PM.

On Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 from 6-9pm, The Cove Inn will be presenting another very special event entitled, World Wide Whisky Tasting with Trevor Hayes. Featured will be four whiskies from Canada, India, Ireland, and Japan that are very different but each very drinkable in their own way. There will a maximum capacity of 24 attendees and the night will be a semi-casual seated event which will include whisky tasting, whisky education, inspired poetry and whisky discussion. All paired with buffet style hand held bites of food. Join us for another special night in our series with Westport, master of the dram, Trevor Hayes!
