Group Events

Business Conferences, Reunions + Annual Meetings

Over the years we have hosted meeting spaces for many small conference style groups including school boards, government agencies, clubs, reunions, various organizations and small businesses.

With 12 suites and several options for meeting rooms, we can accommodate groups in a very private and comfortable setting.

Here is the square footage
of our three spaces:
Lounge square footage 1800 sq ft
80-100 comfortably seated with table space
Dining room 580 sq ft
30-40 people comfortably seated with table space
Conference room 600 sq ft
30 people comfortably with table space

Mid morning and afternoon breaks are optional at an extra cost depending on group size and food choices. A $200 + HST flat fee/day is charged for the use of our Conference Room facility.

Our facilities include high speed Fibre WiFi access. Due to specific compatibility requirements, we require groups to provide most audio/visual equipment including screens and projectors. Hotel Room + 3 Meals
Total $250 per day + HST + Gratuity
  • Includes Hotel Room (generally Double Occupancy) and Food per day : Breakfast, Lunch + Dinner with Dessert if desired (Subtract meals not needed for an adjusted rate)
  • Food/Snacks + Drink can be added upon request for a fee.
  • Some Audio + Visual equipment available. Please contact us for details.
May 1 - October 31
