Our Summer 2026 menu incorporates some new deliciousness like the Red Thai Curry Mussels, along with some favourites like the Maple Bacon Burger or the Hot Turkey Sandwich on Mondays. Enjoy the Miso Maple Noodle Bowl while The Iceberg Wedge Salad makes a first appearance on this menu you're sure to love, but you HAVE to try the BBQ Hoisin Salmon! Swing on by and enjoy with a beverage and dessert!

Whether you are in the mood for wine, beer, liquor or one of our “Classic” Cocktails on our Drink Menu has you covered. Can't go wrong with a Suzi Caesar or Mo Coffee but Seamus recommends the "Perth Old Fashioned", a beautiful whisky cocktail with Top Shelf “Perth Whisky”! We also continue to add some incredible wines by the glass including Rosewood “Looking Glass” Red, Bachelder “Mineralite” Chardonnay and Alto Landon and Tawse Cabernet Merlot as well as the Neirano Barbaresco, Duclaux Chateauneuf du Pape, Savage White from South Africa and a Napa Valley Red alternative in the absolutely gorgeous Tawse Meritage! There is a tasty new IPA from Fine Balance on tap. Elbows up!

Many things have changed since our restaurant served it’s first meal but some things remain – creativity, quality, flavour and value. Since 1988, owner Mary Cowan’s signature take on home cooked classics have laid the foundation for today’s favorites from the kitchen. Then, Chef Joanne Edwards took the lead in The Cove kitchen throughout the 2010s. Her full flavoured, hearty dishes were inspired from her love of international cuisine with a comfort twist. Twin Chefs Sarah and Emily Brown are now running the kitchen producing everything delicious, touching on some modern classics with twists, trending cuisine and everything in between! Since 2009, we at The Cove have been presenting special nights each season which feature the best in wine and food. Our Chefs Emily and Sarah Brown and their team always produce a stellar, creative multi course menu which allows us to showcase our expansive culinary interests and exceptional wines.

Working with The Cove’s own Seamus Cowan and resident WSET Sommelier, our wine dinners have become a local standard exploring the art of entertaining and dining! Expect thoughtful menus, exciting pairings and insightful wine stories!

Wine dinners are usually five courses with tailored wine parings. Keep an eye out for some tapas nights! There are overnight package deals. *Please note: Reservations are required for these special events.
