Mother’s Day at The Cove

Help us celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday May 10th, 2026 with a very special brunch and dinner menu. Bring that special mother figure in your life to The Cove Inn and treat her to a wonderful meal.

Brunch Specials

11:30am – 3:00pm

Monte Cristo – Dipped in French toast batter, fried with ham, swiss, Dijon + mayo. Served with a dusting of powdered sugar + homemade raspberry sauce for dipping. Served with choice of side: soup, Caesar salad, green salad or fries. $24

Asparagus + Cherry Tomato Quiche – Pastry baked with asparagus + cherry tomatoes in an egg and cream custard. Served with choice of side: soup, Caesar salad, green salad or fries. $21

Belgian Waffle – Mixed Berry Compote + Local Maple Syrup $22

Maple Glazed Salmon Salad – Strawberries, pickled onions, crumbled goat cheese, spiced walnuts + arugula tossed with balsamic dressing. $27

Moroccan Chickpea, Carrot + Spinach Soup – Served with fresh bread. $12

5:00pm – 8:00pm

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken – Chicken breast stuffed with cranberry goat cheese, wrapped in crisp bacon. Served with mashed potatoes + seasonal vegetables. $30
